room comes with basic kitchen features sufficient for making breakfast free self service laundry which was great room has a bathtub with jaccuzi function mattress could be better as the motion transfer from the other party's slight movement can be felt

The location is near Perth station making it very convenient. A direct train from and to airport. The room is dated but functional. Housekeeping needs to improve as they don't top up the amnenties and vacuum the floor everyday. No toothbrush and bedroom slippers unless requested.

The room is very spacious, facilities is very good, bed is very comfortable. Kitchen facilities is good enough for simple cooking :) There is a induction cooker with 2 stove, knifes, cutting board, kettle, microwave, toaster, some plates & bowls, utensils. There is dishwashing detergent sheet provided daily. There is also detergent powder provided for laundry, however the washing machine and dryer is public at level 2 and 6 - from 7am to 9pm, you need to do laundry at these timing. There is daily cleaning service everyday except Sunday (which is very good for a studio room as most studio room like this do not provide daily cleaning service). The aircond, heater all working very well, I stay comfortably in the room and I love it. The shower and water power & temperature all working very well.

Friendly staff and clean amenities. No gym in the building - however they provide access key to A gym 5mins walk away @ snap fitness. The toilets do feel dated like from early 2000s. Room /kitchenette was updated. Came with a generous workdesk

一切都很滿意，帶孩子的首選，空間比酒店大，可做飯，可洗衣服烘乾衣服，有浴缸給孩子戲耍。即便是聖誕節期間也可以做到每天打掃房間，真心推薦。此外，前台服務好，因為落地晚，人還沒到提前點了外賣，前台幫忙放到房間的冰箱，非常貼心；第一晚入住發現馬桶蓋壞了，立馬給換了房間，大寫的贊！

1. The toilet can not flush clearly for the human waste with many many times, I push the button. The waste was still at the bottom for overnight. Next day in the morning, I informed Reception, and then it was fixed. After I went to the toilet , it happened again without flushing my human waste. 2. The wash hand basin is too small. Whenever you brush your teeth, then your head will hit the mirror. 3. The shower stand is small as well. It is gard to turn around and if you are a bigger size person you will hit everywhere inside the stand. 4. The only good point I can say is that the location is great. Just right into the centre of the commercial area and easy to take the Blue Cat Bus to Kings Park

接近主街，很方便 飯店算乾淨 也有廚房、浴缸、洗衣房等，地點也好找 唯一缺點是房間隔音不太好 我被分配到的是低樓層2F的邊間，隔壁華人旅客喧嘩聲關門聲一清二楚，前去按鈴反應才好轉 這點可能入住要留意
